What does it mean in football when the coach said that within weeks will begin at 2 days?
What does it mean in football when the Coach says that in a few weeks we will begin 2 days? Like practicing 2 times a day? Because I know that when the school year starts again we to work out before school at 5 or 6 and I'm not sure if we seek it or not, I just think it could be because it sounds like 2 days 2 practices a day or so.
2 days of training are generally not much practice, but there will be some. It is basically that spanking in the form before the season. You must exercise Morning and afternoon practices. We carried out, but getting fit in a couple of weeks.
