Multiple Qs about school soccer practice high!?
What is the practice schedule like? Do you lift weights and practice on the same day? How long past practices? Do you lift weights during the season, or just in the summer? I am particularly interested the responses of those who are familiar with the high school football practices of Big schools and cities. Think of Friday Night Lights. Thanks!
I have soccer practice every day after school for 2 hours and Saturday for another 2 hours. After practice is done which is usually a light workout. In low season I work out every day until next football season starts.
