Ryan Engelberts E-2 Test System crash. Is it reliable?
I've been watching this system formation of such an Engelbert Ryan, it's all facebook, twitter, etc. I just want to know if there is anyone out there has tried this system of training and what were the results. If not, some training programs good that would focus primarily on the explosion, speed and things would be great for football.
Yes it is.
