Highest College Football Budgets

Arena Football schools, high school?

Smaller schools do not have the budget for the football field. I thought it might be a good idea to have arena football to these colleges or even reaching the secondary level. Your thoughts?

university maybe. No more high schools have to play in stadiums or the money to play in the premises. Here in Minnesota - football is divided into five sections. A AA, AAA, AAAA and 9 men. A is the size of schools moderately and AAAA are the really big. 9-Man is interesting. It gives the smaller schools ... have not money (or student enrollment) to give a football team in every rule. 9-man plays with smaller dimensions, enrolled in a regular field. It's a bit cold. The same rules apply - only a smaller field of play.
