How I can stay hydrated during the summer of football?

My Football Summer begins June 3, 2008 am-11 am. So I really do not want get dehydrated. If you ever get dehydrated I have a stomach ache and I have to the bathroom (# 2). Energy and I want to stay hydrated all than 3 hours. Is there any good protein drink to take while I'm there. What should I eat breakfast and evening before.We ll "be doing a lot running and weight training and plays. Please help!

Well, I have a mini camp in late June and then three, yes three days, on 20 August 4 2 weeks. Drink plenty of water and gatorade. I like to drink gatorade, but the night before. gives a large amount of electrolytes to lower their body temperature. Also, andre, most of boys with gallons of water on creatine, which is not used to drinking lots of water to football camp lol.
