Just started football (soccer) and I suck, will I get better?

I'm 15 turning 16 soon and I just started playing football (soccer) for a team. My shooting sucks, and so does my dribbling, my passing is bad too. Will I eventually get better to the point where I can make great plays and score goals? How long do you think it will take? Weeks? Months? Years?
