How To Catch A Football Properly

My girlfriend says I throw like a girl. I'm not putting that! How I can learn to throw a baseball?

I have 27 years, and I dating a girl who used to play fast pitch softball and she has an incredible arm. I've never been in baseball as a kid (I chose to play football instead.) Anyway, we were trying to get the other day and she laughed at me, telling me I throw like a girl. Yes, it is pure evil. What is the best (or at least humiliating) way for me to learn to throw correctly? I want to surprise their pitching with my manly prowess next time to play ball.
