How to use your crockpot brats and burgers?
I have some more people for football tomorrow night and do not want to be caught outside the grid, while everyone is watching the game inside. "I can grill brats and burgers ahead of time and then put them in a clay pot with onion / beer to keep warm until we are ready to eat? I have been to gatherings where people have done this, but I'm not sure the proper techniques. Any suggestions?
Yes, you can put them in the crock pot to keep warm bass. Use either beer or broth, but heat the liquid before adding meat. I wish I had one with onions and beer for the kids and one with beef broth for hamburgers. Enjoy the game.
