Why are professional football players earn so much money to play a game?
It is more dangerous than being a policeman or soldier. Try adding the number of seconds playing time a football player actually plays a game, then in reality to compare their salaries. They make tens of thousands of dollars per second for playing a game. They are the reason ticket prices are so high. Is it worth it? Like most of the responses so far, but Please no more about career ending injuries. I see the replays and Thiesman and Palmer. But there are a lot of jobs that pay less and are much more dangerous. Before you scoff I am currently stationed in Afghanistan and have been in Iraq. Keep coming intellegent answers.
I do not think they are worth. I understand that run the risk of getting hurt while playing a game on the field, but so do millions of people who show up for work every day in far fewer jobs well paid.
