Big East need to be re-organized?

As a huge Big East fan, and I think the conference SU Big East is so poorly organized. First have a MEGA-16 conference for college basketball, but half of football teams: do not have a football program in a different conference or in a division different! I think the Big East would pose a threat (yeah littereally) Notre Dame to its football program and its agreement with NBC in the Big East conference or Otherwise a kick in the basketball program out. Indeed how do not even think is Indian anywhere in the east. Notre Dame should join the 10 (or will be great 11) I also believe that Gran Georgetown and Villanova should meet the standards for sport collegiate NCAA Div 1, and join the Big East. Marquette is not in the east, "" whether they need to go to big or big 12 10 (soon to be 12 with great Notre Dame) did not mean to offend anyone. What are your thoughts?

DePaul is in the Big East, and are of Chicago. DePaul and Marquette recently came to the Big East Conference USA. In fact, it was a great addition to the conference.
