Athletic NCAA Rules Question?

If a person plays football at the university, that person may also play minor league professional baseball in the spring and summer without violating NCAA rules?

You may not be an NCAA student-athlete and professional sports of any level. If you have played professional baseball minor leagues, giving up your amateur status and, in doing so, I would give up his NCAA eligibility. More information at the official site of the NCAA.
