New College Football Helmets

Should there be a new college football rule?
So I was just watching the Louisville vs. Connecticuit game and I noticed that some of the guys on those teams have hair that is grossly disgustingly long, Like braided and ugh. Its awful. We were joking we were like "they're gonna need a lawnmower to cut that". yeah i know thats not nice and that hair length is a persons choice since it is a fair country but shouldn't there be a rule in college football that your hair cannot be showing out of your helmet? Isn't it like also something that could cause penalties cuz you know you could like grab the guys hair... i don't know I was just thinkin that maybe this rule should be implied...
Some coaches have restrictions as to how long a players hair can be, but I don't think the NCAA, as stifling and dictatorial as it is, would ever attempt to control how long a player's hair is. And if a ball carrier has long hair and gets dragged down by his hair that isn't a penalty, since the hair is considered part of the uniform. If a player wants to have long hair, let him, because that's part of uniform if they get dragged down by it. It's actually a risk.
