Any Xbox 360 sports games which include an online mode season?

I would like actually play a game of sports has an online season. For example, NFL, there are 32 teams. And one person gets choose a team and play a online season, as it was in real life. Football would be great. If you want to be more specific I know! Remember! Xbox 360 games only.

the only game I know it has to be last NCAA Basketball years that could make season and tournament to 64 teams i dont I remember how much you could do in a season you should check out these years and see if they are the same.
