September 20th Football

im almost fifteen years and in football. I want to win 20 -30 pounds in September, what should I do?
i weigh 140-145 and All in thin. can sum1 who knows these things to help me.
Lift weights and take a protein supplement (whey or soy protein, at least 20 grams per serving one to three servings a day). Make sure that the protein has no fat in it. Weight lifting is the key ... to help you build lean muscle mass.
