What are my chances of entering these schools?

I am applying to Clemson, the University of Indiana-Bloomington, University of Florida and University of Georgia. I have about a 3.4 GPA on a 4.0 scale. Top 30% of my class. Im and African-Americans involved in Multi-Cultural Student Association and the Spanish Club and have been in Spain. I've been a soccer referee for the past 3 years. I have taken 5 AP classes, and the rest have been endowed with the exception of my fellow school math courses, which are College Prep (regular). I forgot to add: I was a total of 1690 at the latest SAT. The section writing.

Assuming your SAT / ACT scores are good, its adequate MAP and minority preference is likely that you get accepted into any of these schools. But why why not aim higher?
