Star Nfl Players

Why not branch out and NFL try to develop international players?
Similar to the way European teams football do. Most groups have "academies" around the world where star youth players go to school but focus primarily on developing football skills. My question is why does the NFL teams are starting to do this with NFL Colleges in Europe Australia, even Africa. Believe it will help the globalization of football and bring in new talent Championship a few years down the road. When a player becomes a star in NFL from a foreign country interest rates the country will increase dramatically.
The NFL already do this, and has signed a long number of international players during recent years. Each NFL team has a International search service and a national scouting department (focusing on college athletes). The international service fly around the world looking for untapped potential. Above is especially players groups that get noticed (kickers, players) as the kick of the ball is international action and some former football and Australian Rules players have signed by NFL teams. There was an Australian rugby players who joined the 80s named Collin Scotts, who later signed by the St.Louis Cardinals and played for defensive line for a few seasons. It was noticed U.S. scouts I playing with a local Sydney rugby game! You never know When the scouts watching. The truth is that stories like Collin Scotts are rare because takes a very impressive athlete make the NFL go to the trouble of flying first a player from my U.S. try-outs, and then they are interested in trying to secure U.S. citizenship for the person. Is a great effort, and costs, when 100 000 U.S. athletes who can run, bench, squat and Outlook.
