Youth Football Coaching: Direction of Defense Basic
One of the most important things we teach in our program youth soccer training is the address of the base defense. This is something particular focus on our training site youth soccer. This is because if you know the direction of basic defense and apply it in your training program, the result is most likely to be successful in any youth football game. Our youth soccer training program, we teach our team how to defend and how fast defense.
In our training program, youth soccer, we have what we call the 5-3 defense. For us, this is the direction of more effective protection that can be based. This type of defense would consist of 8 people: we have 5 men line and then 3-line supporters (supporters of defense). These defense advocates often go to the left, and should have a striker. Now, the goal of this defense is to have 8 people people sound more technical: it is not necessary to be the biggest or the fastest, the only thing they have to cover the exterior and interior. And if someone happens to right, then do not worry, because you will be in position to defend!
The major players in this defense are nose guard (or feet), and Fighting Line Backer the. In our training program, youth soccer, the nose guard is placed in the center (which acts as a difference), Backer line is back to and C, and they do run (which acts as the difference in B) and tackle is back B (acting as the difference C). As for the guards and tackles the nose, used the technique to become the discipline that used in the field. Always let the inside of the leg outward (toward the ball). Linemen are all supporters. They do the same exercises footwork and technique. Always remember that the first step is always to their differences and try to get to the back again.
