What I can use to cope with a football dummy?

My son is 9 years old started playing football but needs work. What can we use a dummy address, or how we can make our own? I do not want to spend a hundred dollars in one.

I had the same problem when my son was 6 and started playing football. He is now in its fourth season and nine. What I did was I have some large trash bags black 50-gallon cardboard tubes (such as mailing tubes ad), and all old pillows I could find. I did a double deck bag of garbage bags, put tubes in the middle of it and surrounded with all the pillows (old bed pillows worked best). Then they closed up well with packing tape. I also put a narrow strip of packing tape around the outside of it about a foot away until it began to take shape. Hope this helps.
